Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original CRAFTD pouch and box to ensure it stays protected during transit, ensuring all original tags are attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
