How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

Does the jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes, every CRAFTD piece is backed by a Lifetime Warranty. If your jewelry ever fades, breaks, or tarnishes through normal wear, we will replace it for free.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or gym?
